This couch was just as expected and I love the green!! Seller was very nice and compliant as the couch I ordered from there store first, went out of stock after my purchase. And instead of them cancelling my order they reached out and helped my find another couch in the store. The couch’s back rest is a bit shorter than normal (stop about mid back) so Lee this in mind. But overall love the couch!Love it! So cute, didn’t come with instructions, but it was handled. I am so in love with this couch! Do it!This sofa is beautiful. Feels solid and the fabric is soft and velvety. I was even able to put it together by myself although getting the arms on was a bit of a challenge. However, be aware that the cushions are VERY firm. If that’s what you prefer then you’ll love it. Unfortunately they are way too firm for me and I can only sit on it for a few minutes before my lower back starts hurting. I’ve definitely learned my lesson and won’t buy a couch online again. Luckily it didn’t cost a fortune since I’ll have to replace it sooner than I’d like.UPS delivered to the wrong address, the customer support from this company was top notch! And my sofa was re-delivered the next day. The sofa is easy to assemble and even though it says 2 people required for assembly, I got it done with one. The sofa is comfortable and I will be buying a send sofa soon.Beautiful sofa ! I do tons of research before I buy and this sofa was amazing for the price ! It says you need 2 ppl to put it together and it would probably help but I was able to do it by myself, and it took me exactly 1 hour to do. Very sturdy, beautiful color, comfy & great price! The seller is super nice also, my shipment was out within 1-2 days of me placing my order & seller kept up with me from the moment they shipped until I got delivered! I’m def happy with my purchase & I would shop again ?I have always wanted a Chesterfield style sofa, I think they are elegant and sophisticated looking. After a lot of research I found the sofa I was searching for. I ordered it and I'm so glad I did.The sofa arrived a full week before the scheduled delivery date and was securely packaged. Even though the box had a puncture on the side everything in the box was in beautiful condition. After unboxing and arranging the pieces it took a little over an hour to get it put together, with the assistance of my husband.This sofa is solid and the cushions are firm, but it's exactly as I expected. Chesterfield's are not big deep squishy sofas but it's still comfortable enough to sit and enjoy a movie and it's long enough for me to stretch out and take a nap on, which I have. The cushions are one sided with velcro to hold them in place and it works very well. I have not had to adjust them at all in the 2 weeks I've owned this sofa. And best of all, it has style. Everyone who has come over since I've had it has commented on how pretty it is. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the purchase and the service. Last night they called to ask if I was happy with my purchase and I am!PS, I found the little ottoman on Amazon too, it's a perfect match!The back is a bit low, but not annoyingly low. It's also a bit deep for smaller people, so we're adding pillows. But it's gorgeous. It came a couple of days early. It's very classy and elegant. Since we just got it today, I don't yet know how it will hold up. But we had about 525 pounds sitting on it at once, and it didn't break!I should have sent them back!! 4 months in and one of them makes noise when you sit on it and one of the cushion zippers came apart. These are rarely sat on so this isn’t even normal wear!! These are a terrible representation of Amazon products.
