10-17&20-24 These are not a cheap inflatable chair and ottoman you would typically take to the beach or camping. They are much higher quality air bladders and good upholstery type covers. They are nice enough to use indoors or in an RV as I'm doing. This has individual bladders for each of the armrests, backrest, seat and ottoman. They are made of that durable almost fabric like material that when you run your fingernails across it makes a zip zip sound. It's similar to some better quality inflatable air mattress camping sleeping pads. This is great if you ever had a hole or leak the entire chair will not deflate. The recessed inflation deflation valves are large. The inflation port has a one-way flapper so when you remove the high pressure air pump it doesn't lose air. Then completely remove the valves for a quick deflation. The high pressure air pump has numerous attachments which you could even utilize for a inflatable paddle board. Something nice is these air bladders can be inflated or deflated to your desired firmness. With the right amount of air, you can actually utilize the armrests to help push yourself up from a seated position and they don't collapse. This is a feature you won't find on any other inflatable chair. The fabric cover is similar to upholstery, not some type of cordura which is typically used outdoors. It's a low pile terry type microfiber, It's not hot and sweaty and it actually wicks moisture away from you. The seating areas have an additional thin layer of foam for added comfort. My only minor gripe is I wouldn't mind if this thin padding was extended on top of the arms and backrest. The bottom has 2 zippered areas and when opened exposes the individual compartments for each air bladder. The chairs are comfortable for me at 5'9" 205 lbs and my husband at 6'2" 290 lbs. The low back hits me about the middle of my back. The seats are deep enough I can scoot my butt towards the front for more of a reclined position, then use the ottoman and I can easily fall asleep. I have these against a wall so I can set a throw pillow on the top of the back rest for head support. They are light enough to easily move around, whether it's to retrieve something that fell behind them or if I want to take them outdoors while camping. I originally ordered two chairs. One of them was set up and infrequently utilized for about a month mostly for mock up of some renovations I did in my camper. Then I finally inflated the second one only to find out that the seat bottom was leaking air daily. I reached out to the seller/manufacturer through the Amazon messaging service and I was completely satisfied with their customer service. They reply quickly, are professional, courteous and actually care about their customers and how their product performs. Needless to say they got me squared away in a very timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them if needed again. After having these a couple of months and leaving them inflated I have zero complaints. Other than my minor issue with the second chair which was rapidly resolved by the seller/manufacturer. I would definitely order again I'm hoping they come out with a wider sofa version.
